Dear Restore the Balance Community, Principle #8: Enough Said Our weekly emails have recently featured the first seven principles we think are important here at Restore the Balance. But all seven are irrelevant without the final one, Principle #8, from the RTB pledge. It was added belatedly last year by the board of RTB. We had been under the impression that this commitment went without saying. We must protect and enforce the U.S. Constitution's guarantees of Freedom of Religion, Speech, Press, and Assembly; its guarantees of Due Process and Equal Protection under the law for all persons; the Rule of Law; and the three separate and coequal branches of Government established by the Constitution. Enough said. Vote. |
About Voting Our county clerk assures us that it appears you will receive your ballot in the mail, as usual for this fall's elections. See the article from the Sentinel here. Check your voter registration here and make sure it's up to date. Vote early, and sign up for BallotTrax so you can confirm your ballot was received. College students: planning to attend school out of state? Whether you stay registered in Colorado or register in your new state is your call; just know that registering elsewhere means you're no longer eligible to vote in Colorado. Details here.
