Restore the Balance

Restore the Balance exists because democracy cannot survive on extremism, silence, or apathy. We are Democrats, Republicans, and Independents, conservatives, moderates, and liberals, who believe that principled disagreement is healthy, but that finding common ground is essential. We are not against partisanship. We are against the extremism that keeps us from solving problems together. Our work starts locally, because that's where change is possible, and it starts with each of us choosing to act rather than stay silent.
