1. What qualifications and experience do you have that can give voters confidence that you could be an effective member of the town council and meet the challenges of the office? I have been in leadership/management positions with every one of my jobs, determining solutions that would benefit the outcome and structure for their futures with great success. I also have a long history of community engagement and outreach.

2a. Briefly describe one to three issues that you feel are important for your community. Finding ways to support local businesses and attract new ones while preserving the town's unique character and environment. Economic growth is essential for increasing employment opportunities and enhancing the quality of life for residents. Sustainable practices can help maintain Paonia's charm and natural resources.

2b. What one to three issues are important to your neighbors and your community that you, as a council member, can address together with Town Staff and citizens? Working with Town Staff to develop a plan for upgrading infrastructure, prioritizing projects based on community needs and available funding. We must engage with citizens in discussions to gather input on their specific concerns and suggestions.

3. Do the EIGHT RTB principles go along with your views on how a town council can make good decisions?
I agree with the Eight RTB principles. The strongest I believe in is the RTB belief that "The public interest must come before party interest, for voters and elected officials."

4. If you are elected to the town council, how do you plan to gather information and get your constituents' points of view to inform your decision-making? I plan on gathering information by listening to different viewpoints from our community to better understand everyone's point of view. I believe that is the best way to inform my decision-making to our community.
